- Beville Middle School International Baccalaureate Programme
- Fred Lynn Middle School Specialty Programs (for students zoned for Woodbridge Middle School)
- Lake Ridge Middle School World Languages Program
- Rippon Middle School Math and Science Program
- Woodbridge Middle Same Gender Program
